  1. TechMisc - miscellaneous configuration entries

  3. This is the only currently used entry for TechUserMask. Type the use for
  4. each mask bit starting with the use for bit zero. The keyword must not
  5. appear anywhere else in this file. Mark any unused mask bits with "-".
  6. Any empty lines will be ignored. If you get an error saying you have an
  7. invalid configuration entry, check first that you have 32 specifications.
